Delivery

Delivery time Your order should arrive within 7 days from us receiving it. It will be sent by letter post, or by DHL (signature required) for orders weighing over 750gms.

Letter Post Our products do not generally fit through a regular letter box. If your order has not arrived after the above 7 days, please first check with your local postal sorting office to see if they have attempted to deliver it, before calling us.

Alternative address We can deliver to a UK address different from your credit card address. Just fill in the required address in the Delivery section of Checkout.

Delivery Abroad We can deliver only within the countries of the European Community: Austria, Belgium, Czech Republic, Cyprus, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Slovakia (Slovak Republic), Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, United Kingdom (incl. Channel Isles).
